When you claim a scratchcard, Canteen by Gurkha Fire collects the details you enter: your first name, UK mobile number, an email address if you give one, and whether you agreed to receive text updates. We use these details to send your prize code, to tell you about the opening, and to record the prize you won.
If you tick the consent box, we may send you text messages about the opening and offers. You can stop these at any time by replying STOP to any message. Your contact details are held by Canteen by Gurkha Fire and are not shared with other companies for marketing.
We keep your details for as long as needed to run the launch list and honour your prize. To ask what we hold, or to ask us to delete it, message us on Instagram.
